In collaboration with the Government of Odisha, we implemented an innovative Geo-ICT solution that revolutionised the public  transport sector.

By building a comprehensive geo-database of existing bus permits, stoppages, and routes, our WebGIS-based permit management system offered a clear understanding of current service coverage and identified areas for improvement.

The end-to-end computerised permit issuance and management system streamlined the application process, allowing applicants to check route availability and vacancies. It ensured that new permits were free from conflicts with existing routes and timings, bringing transparency to the entire process.

Our paperless approach empowered bus operators to apply for permits remotely, while also availing various permit-related services online. Integrated mobile applications provided commuters with real-time information on buses and allowed them to provide valuable feedback on the service.
